As part of inter-municipal cooperation, the Erlangen Aid Center is responsible for those entitled to aid from the cities of Ansbach, Erlangen, Nuremberg and Weiden, the districts of Erlangen-Höchstadt, Kelheim and Nürnberger Land as well as for those entitled to aid from several municipal companies.

To enable us to process your aid applications quickly, please refrain from contacting us by telephone or in writing. Please submit your applications via app, as you will also receive immediate confirmation that your application has been received.

You can help us to shorten the processing time by submitting medical bills, dental bills and prescriptions separately from receipts for other types of expenses, such as medical treatment (e.g. physiotherapy etc.) or aids.
Medical invoices, dental invoices and prescriptions can be largely automated in the digital aid verification and billing system and therefore processed faster than other documents.
