Procurement Platform for Municipal Contracts
With this online application, you can streamline the bidding process for construction, service, and supply contracts through the central platform www.vergabe.bayern.de.
Citizen-friendly and digital: Simply fill out this online application directly in your web browser. In many cases, this saves you a trip to the government office.
When awarding contracts and entering into agreements, the procurement principles published by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, Sports, and Integration in consultation with the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance and Home Affairs must be applied (see “Related Links”).
If the contract value reaches or exceeds the threshold value specified in the relevant European directives, federal regulations must also be observed for municipal contract awards (Part Four of the Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB), Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV), Sector Ordinance (SektVO), Concession Award Ordinance (KonzVgV), Public Procurement Statistics Ordinance (VergStatVO)—see “Legal Basis”).
The threshold value is generally adjusted for currency fluctuations every two years by an EU regulation. Information on current threshold values can be found under “Further Links.”
