The support centers in the district offices and independent cities can participate in local and supra-local expert committees.

In order to promote cooperation in care matters, working groups have been set up at local level (under the responsibility of the districts and independent cities) and at supra-local level (under the responsibility of the governments), in which the organizations, authorities and courts involved in the care of adults as well as caregivers are represented.
The care offices of the district administrations and independent cities are represented on these committees.
