To promote cooperation in guardianship matters, working groups are to be established at the local level (under the jurisdiction of the counties and independent cities) and at the regional level (under the jurisdiction of the regional governments), working groups are to be established in which the organizations, authorities, and courts involved in the guardianship of adults, as well as guardians, are represented.
These include the guardianship offices of the district administrations and cities independent of districts.
