Allotment Gardens; Leasing

The city of Erlangen offers its residents the opportunity to lease an allotment garden plot. To this end, the city of Erlangen has established five garden complexes within the city limits and taken over one complex from the former independent municipality of Frauenaurach.

The complexes are located in the districts of Alterlangen, Bruck, Büchenbach, Frauenaurach, Kriegenbrunn, and Sieglitzhof. In addition, there is a so-called “Intercultural Garden” in Büchenbach.

The respective complexes have been leased to an association, which is responsible for managing and allocating the individual plots.
