A permit is required under gambling law for the organization of so-called small lotteries and raffles or tombolas. Generally permitted events merely have to be reported.
Small fireworks; application for a permit to set them off
If you are not in possession of an explosives permit or a certificate of competence and wish to set off category F2 fireworks outside the New Year's Eve period, you will require a permit.
Assembly; advertisement
If you wish to hold a fixed or moving public assembly in the open air, you must notify the competent authority. The notification is usually confirmed by the authority and may be subject to restrictions.
Public entertainment; notification and application for a permit
Anyone wishing to organize a public entertainment event must notify the municipality in writing at least one week in advance. In special cases, a permit is required.
