During this period, no administrative work will be conducted and no customer appointments will be held. The agency will also not be available by phone or through any other means. Incoming applications, inquiries, and documents cannot be processed during this time.

The City of Erlangen therefore asks that, if possible, you refrain from submitting applications, documents, and status inquiries during the specified period. Processing can only resume once normal operations have resumed.

The reason for the temporary closure is extensive and urgently needed internal adjustments, as well as measures for data collection and data cleansing.
