Senior citizen neighborhood work - advice and support on site
Stand: 22.01.2026
In various districts in Erlangen, there are neighborhood-oriented services for older people aged 60 and over. These promote the community of senior citizens, offer information and advice and support people in finding suitable help if required.
The service is aimed at senior citizens who still live in their own (rented) home. It is accompanying, supportive and free of charge.
Our services:
- We are a point of contact for problems
- We are an information and advice center
- We organize assistance in the areas of health, care and household
- We help with correspondence and contacting authorities and institutions
- We organize support in the event of illness
- We provide targeted and individual referrals to special advice centers
- We organize community events on a smaller scale
