Furthermore, the appraisal committees determine specific, high-quality parameters that are indispensable for market value assessment. The so-called “other data required for valuation” includes asset value factors for the asset value approach, property capitalization rates for the income approach, gross income factors, conversion and comparison factors for the comparative value approach, as well as index series tracking trends in various segments of the real estate market.

This data is typically presented in the land market reports or real estate market reports published by the appraisal committees. Not every appraisal committee has derived and published all data for every submarket, for example, due to insufficient data.
