Informationen
The municipalities can declare by ordinance that an area outside of public paths and places that is available to the general public for skiing, skibobbing or tobogganing is the main slope for such sports or the main ski trail. The municipalities are responsible for the corresponding marking.
If you intend to create an obstacle on a marked main downhill run or main ski trail, you must notify the relevant municipality in good time so that risks to the safety of skiers, skibobbers or tobogganers can be prevented.
Anyone who creates an obstacle without notifying the municipality in good time may be fined.
If obstructions in the form of installations or equipment that have not been reported or have been prohibited by the municipality are nevertheless created, the independent municipalities and district authorities can order the necessary safety or repair work or decommissioning. In addition, the independent municipalities and district authorities can order the partial or complete removal of the installation or device in the event of imminent danger or if there is an urgent public interest in immediate enforcement.
