In order to prevent significant danger to life or health, the municipalities and districts may prohibit access to inhabited or uninhabited properties or certain areas for the expected duration of the danger by ordinance. The same applies to the issuing of orders for individual cases by the municipalities and district authorities.
In deviation from this, the provisions of road and traffic law apply to public paths, roads and squares.
