Regional Supplement (Editorial Responsibility: City of Erlangen)
Pursuant to Articles 23 and 24 of the Municipal Code for the Free State of Bavaria (GO), the City of Erlangen has adopted the following bylaws, which were approved by the government of Middle Franconia in a letter dated July 20, 1993, No. 230-1405 b 5/93, which were approved by the government of Middle Franconia.
The bylaws dated July 23, 1993, as amended on February 26, 2026, apply to the Adult Education Center of the City of Erlangen (vhs) / which entered into force on March 20, 2026 (Official Gazette No. 16 of August 5, 1993, and The Official Pages No. 6 of March 19, 2026).
Section 4 of the Bylaws refers to the Fee Schedule.
Further details regarding the use of the Adult Education Center as a public institution by citizens are governed by the Fee Schedule for the Adult Education Center of the City of Erlangen. The Fee Schedule is publicly posted on the premises of the Adult Education Center.
The current Fee Schedule entered into force on March 1, 2026. At the same time, the Terms of Use dated August 1, 2025, were repealed.
