Regional Supplement (Editorially responsible: City of Erlangen)
The City of Erlangen has issued the following statutes approved by the Government of Middle Franconia on July 20, 1993 No. 230-1405 b 5/93 on the basis of Art. 23 and 24 of the Municipal Code for the Free State of Bavaria (GO).
For the Erlangen Adult Education Center (vhs), the statutes of 23.07.1993 in the version of 23.11.2017 / entry into force on 15.12.2017 (Official Gazette of the City of Erlangen No. 16 of August 5, 1993 and The Official Pages No. 25 of December 14, 2017) apply.
§ Section 4 of the statutes refers to the user regulations.
Further details on the use of the adult education center as a public institution by citizens are regulated by the usage regulations of the adult education center. The user regulations are publicly displayed in the rooms of the Adult Education Center.
The current user regulations came into force on 01.08.2020.
