The City of Erlangen has issued the following statutes approved by the Government of Middle Franconia on July 20, 1993 No. 230-1405 b 5/93 on the basis of Art. 23 and 24 of the Municipal Code for the Free State of Bavaria (GO).
For the Adult Education Center of the City of Erlangen (vhs), the statutes of 23.07.1993 in the version of 26.02.2026 / entered into force on 20.03.2026 (Official Gazette No. 16 of 05.08.1993 and The Official Pages No. 6 of 19.03.2026) apply.
§ Section 4 of the statutes refers to the fee schedule.
Further details on the use of the adult education center as a public institution by citizens are regulated by the fee regulations for the adult education center of the city of Erlangen. The schedule of fees is publicly displayed in the rooms of the Adult Education Center.
The current fee regulations came into force on 01.03.2026. At the same time, the user regulations from 01.08.2025 expired.
