You can use this online application to report road damage, soiling or defects in playground equipment online. To maintain the cleanliness of playgrounds and green spaces, protect the environment, remove barriers and ensure road maintenance

Municipal employees regularly inspect roads, sidewalks, street lighting, traffic lights, green spaces, playgrounds and other public facilities. If you notice any damage, defects or faults in public areas, you can report them.
Please describe the damage and the location as precisely as possible.

The damage report can be submitted without any red tape or paperwork using an online form, which you can even fill in and send directly on site using a mobile device with Internet access.

Then authenticate yourself using your BayernID and complete the form. Describe the location and type of damage as accurately as possible. If all the details are complete and correct, submit the form. You will receive a notification by e-mail with a process number. Please keep this in a safe place, as it will be needed in the event of any queries from us or the relevant specialist department.
