Reporting damage is completely unbureaucratic and paperless via an online form, which you can even fill out and submit right on the spot using a mobile device with internet access.

Then log in using your BayernID and fill out the form. Please describe the location and nature of the damage as accurately as possible. Once all information has been entered completely and correctly, submit the form. You will receive an email notification with a case number. Please keep this number in a safe place, as it will be needed in case we or the responsible department have any follow-up questions.
