One of the requirements for obtaining a permit or a certificate of competence under the Explosives Act is successful completion of a specialized training course. To participate in this specialized training course, the course provider requires you to submit a certificate of good conduct as proof of your reliability and personal suitability. This certificate is issued by the authority responsible for granting the permit or certificate of competence.
