One of the prerequisites for the issue of a permit or a certificate of competence in accordance with the Explosives Act is successful participation in a specialist training course. In order to take part in this specialist training course, the course provider requires you to provide a clearance certificate as proof of reliability and personal suitability. This will be issued to you by the authority responsible for issuing the permit or certificate of competence.
