Sustainability action program

The Sustainability Action Program was published in a 150-page digital brochure before the Easter vacations. The program bundles over 100 events in almost all districts for the entire urban society

in calendar form with target group symbols and
in detailed, illustrated descriptions of the activities.

The events, many of which are barrier-free, are aimed at young and old alike and cover (almost) all sustainability topics. The extensive program is designed by around 30 Erlangen educational institutions. The numerous experts serve as the city's central point of contact for environmental education and global learning.

The "Get active yourself" section and a directory of Erlangen's environmental groups for children, teenagers and young adults have proven their worth in the magazine. Anyone who is also interested in the future locations for sustainability in the city and their annual programs can find all contact details in the address directory.

What it's all about

The Erlangen network "Education for the Environment and Sustainability" has been creating an action program for sustainability since 2021: from discussion rounds, workshops, family days and guided tours to vacation programs and school projects, there is something for everyone. The main topics are

biodiversity and climate protection.
