Fancy sustainability? Then you've come to the right place! From discussion rounds, workshops, family days and guided tours to vacation programs and school projects.

What it's all about

The Erlangen network "Education for the Environment and Sustainability" has been creating an action program for sustainability since 2021: from discussion rounds, workshops, family days and guided tours to vacation programs and school projects, there is something for everyone. The main topics are

  • global justice
  • value development
  • a more sustainable way of life
  • biodiversity and climate protection.

We will take you to the many places of learning for sustainability! Explore Erlangen's educational landscape and learn from experts.

The brochure of the Sustainability Action Program will be available free of charge from the end of April in many Erlangen institutions and in the town hall. If you are interested in a digital version (pdf), we will be happy to send it to you. Please contact us via umweltbildung@stadt.erlangen.de.

Network Education for Environment and Sustainability in Erlangen

On January 12, 2021, the Erlangen Network Education for the Environment and Sustainability was founded as a successor to the Environmental Education Round Table under the moderation and coordination of the City of Erlangen's Environmental Education Officer.
