In both directions, traffic will be rerouted via Büchenbacher Damm and Äußere Brucker Straße.

Reason for the closure: The drainage department is replacing a pressure pipe on Schallershofer Straße. The existing pressure pipe has become so old that proper maintenance (leak testing, visual inspections, cleaning) is no longer possible.

The drainage department and the contractor are making every effort to carry out the project as smoothly, quickly, and professionally as possible. The goal is to keep disruptions and restrictions to a minimum at all times. Unfortunately, due to the scope and complexity of the project, it is unavoidable that permissible levels of noise and occasional restrictions may occur at one location or another for short periods of time.
