Department of General Citizen Services and Elections
Due to a technical glitch affecting the entire state of Bavaria, there may currently be delays in processing change-of-address registrations at the Citizen Services office in City Hall. In some cases, it is not possible to process the registration at this time.
You can reach our Citizen Services department online or in person on the ground floor of City Hall.
