Water supply; payment of water charges

The local contribution and fee statutes to the water supply statutes (BGS/WAS) generally stipulate that property owners (and other potential fee payers specified in the statutes) must pay water consumption fees to the municipality for the quantities of water drawn from the public water supply system on their property.
