Hunting Laws; Prosecution of Administrative Offenses

In the area of hunting law, the following in particular exist:

• penal provisions in Section 38 of the Federal Hunting Act (BJagdG) and
• provisions governing administrative fines in § 39 BJagdG, Art. 56 of the Bavarian Hunting Act (BayJG), and § 33 of the Ordinance Implementing the Bavarian Hunting Act (AVBayJG).

The district administrative authorities, as lower-level hunting authorities, are responsible for prosecuting administrative offenses.
