The municipal energy advice service is available to you independently and free of charge. The advisors will work with you to find suitable solutions for building and heating renovation, the use of renewable energies and funding opportunities.

Would you like to purchase a property? The energy consultant will be happy to advise you before you buy a property and can also come along to a viewing appointment.

The free consultation of the City of Erlangen takes place in approx. 1-hour appointments by telephone, in the environmental office or by arrangement at your location. In any case, please make an appointment by telephone or e-mail.

Funding program

The funding program for CO2-reducing measures on buildings unfortunately had to be discontinued in July 2024. Applications for funding will no longer be accepted with immediate effect.

Grants that have already been approved will continue to be paid out. Approvals are valid for 2 years.
