2026 Garden Waste Collection Campaign
This year, as in previous years, yard waste can be dropped off free of charge at various locations throughout the city on four Saturdays this fall. The containers will be available at the drop-off locations from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. There is one designated date for each location.
Unicorn Street
Einhornstraße will be closed from Monday, October 5, through Friday, November 20 (tentatively), at the location of house number 2a. Private construction work is taking place there. Pedestrians and cyclists can pass through the construction site.
Gebbert/Hofmann Street
Starting Monday, October 5, reconstruction of the Gebbertstraße/Hofmannstraße intersection will begin. The area is expected to be completed by the end of December, featuring barrier-free access, a tactile paving system, and two median islands. Due to the full closure, both motor vehicle and bicycle traffic will be rerouted.
