Due to a technical glitch affecting the entire state of Bavaria, there may currently be delays in processing change-of-address registrations at the Citizen Services office in City Hall. In some cases, it is not possible to process the registration at this time.

Tip: You can also register your residence directly from home: Residence; Registration | City of Erlangen. This online service is not affected by the outage. You can also schedule an appointment to visit the Citizen Service Center: Book an Appointment.
