The Citizens' Office now also offers fixed appointments for passport and ID card applications. This means that waiting times can be avoided, especially at peak times at the beginning of the month, at the start of the semester or before the vacation season.
Appointments can be made online via the website or directly at www.erlangen.flexappoint.de. Further information on booking appointments and the required documents can also be found there. Spontaneous appointments at the Citizens' Office are still possible.
Appointments have long been available for the exchange of old driving licenses and will also be offered for many other services at the Citizens' Office in the future.
