News from the district
A3 Highway (underpass)
The highway underpass between Häusling and Haundorf ("Löchla") will remain closed through Friday, July 3. It was originally scheduled to be closed through Friday, June 26. The closure is due to work being done as part of the highway expansion project. A detour has been set up.
Herzogenauracher Straße
Herzogenauracher Straße will be closed on one side in the area of the Aurachtal bridge until June 30th. Traffic will be controlled by traffic lights.
Hüttendorfer Straße/Schleuse
Due to the construction of the new lock in Kriegenbrunn, the service roads on the Main-Danube Canal at the level of the lock are expected to be closed until April 2032. Cycle traffic in particular will be diverted via an east and west route between Frauenaurach and Hüttendorf and on the east side from Fürth-Vach.
