Help & support
The advice center for people with disabilities advises those affected, relatives and interested parties on all aspects of disability. The counseling service is free of charge, neutral, subject to confidentiality and can be anonymous if desired.
The advice center is open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Individual advice focuses on the needs and wishes of those seeking or interested in advice. The aim is to provide assistance so that life and everyday life can (once again) be organized and managed as independently as possible. A trusting and respectful attitude is a matter of course.
Advice on the topic of disability can include, for example
- Personal concerns, conflicts and questions
- Support for self-determined living and life
- Initial information and guidance on social law issues.
If necessary, referrals are made to further specialist services and advice centers.
